In Seattle, the Broadmoor is an 85-acre gated residential complex with a 115-acre golf course. It is limited on the west by the Washington Park Arboretum, on the south by E. Madison Street, which extends beyond the Washington Park neighborhood, on the east by 37th Avenue E., which extends beyond the Madison Park neighborhood, and on the north by Union Bay wetlands.
