Yarrow Point, King County, Washington
Yarrow Point is located on a peninsula near the eastern side of Lake Washington, between Cozy Cove and Yarrow Bay, and almost entirely north of Washington State Route 520. It is bounded on the west by Hunts Point, on the south by Clyde Hill, and on the east by Kirkland. Yarrow Point is ranked fifth out of 522 communities in the state of Washington based on per capita income, one of the more dependable metrics of affluence.
